Very quaint place but driveway was to steep for our SUV to get up it without dragging the underside of the car

I was very impressed with the response time with all of my questions regarding this cabin rental. They were quick to respond.

Very nice cabin with spectacular views of the city of Helen and the mountains in the background. We enjoyed the hot tub at night. It was really a relaxing stay.

I did not feel like they cared at all when I asked them to bring us tables.

This place is not for the elderly unless their in great shape. Downstairs is the kitchen, dining room and 1 bedroom. Upstairs is the living room with a small refrigerator and coffee pot and 2nd bedroom. The pictures of the living room on the website are not whats there. It is just 2 sofas and no end table or coffee table to set your drinks on. I called when we arrived to see if they could bring us some end tables or something to put drinks and etc on. I was told they didnt have anything. My husband and I went to Ace and purchased 2 folding tables for $19.00 each. For the money you spend for this rental, you would think they would have offered to do that. My 84 year old mother had a hard time going up and downstairs if she wanted something to eat. We checked out a day early due to this. I was also surprised they didnt have the amenities all other rentals we have been to like an ice maker or a washer and dryer.

The process was extremely easy to do. They provide all the information about the progress online and provide constant emails. I never meet the people in person but the process was seamless. They clean the cabin before I got their and it it well organized.

The cabin was beautiful and had an old feel to it. It contains almost everything you need to fell at home. I enjoyed being able to cook a home cooked meal when needed. I felt as the place was my home away from home.

Process was easy. Good information that answered all our questions.

Neat cabin nestled in the woods. Enjoyed the two balconies as we sat and watched it rain every night and smelled the fresh mountain air. Close walk to restaurants and shopping in Helen. Cabin was clean and well supplied.

Great service. Kind and very helpful personnel. Agent solved some difficulties with hot tub immediately and also unexpected workers that showed up without announcement. Thank you very much for easing up our concerns.

Our cabin was centrally located. walking distance to all restaurants, stores and downtown Helen. We felt very safe as the Police headquarters was very close by. Our rooms were very comfortable. A few suggestions to make it more comfortable would be to have a washer and dryer. and night stands on both sides of our bed. Just a suggestion. But we were able to improvise. We cant have it all all the time.

We had a great experience. Working with the team was a smooth process with no issues and very clear instructions and they reached out multiple times offering assistance if we needed it.

The cabin is truly amazing. The views are incredible with the rocking chairs and the hot ub. A wonderful get away from the world. The driveway is steep definitely don't recommend walking it. It is a great location so close to downtown where everything is located. Overall great experience and will be back again.

My stay at the property , in my opinion, was one of the best parts of my trip! I was able to unwind , relax, and truly felt comfortable at the cabin. It felt good to be in such a beautiful,clean, and inviting cabin.

I communicated with the company by text, although not super quick about replying they did take care of a couple of issues we had.

Cabin is in an awesome location very close to town and activities. Whether it is walkable is debatable because the driveway is so steep it is a hard climb to get up to the cabin. Plenty of downtown parking so we took our car which was fine. We had no problems getting our vehicle up and down the drive, we drive a Honda pilot. A few problems with cabin, no blow dryers, no table lamps only ceiling lights. Some rooms had TV trays for end tables, no hangers in closets, no spatula in kitchen, no broom and dust pan which is ridiculous. When staying for a week things get dirty, also we dropped and broke a glass drinking glass so that was actually dangerous. Downstairs bedroom TV too large for dresser so they said it on the floor, so basically couldnt watch that without hanging over the edge of the bed! which we are not used to. No hand soap no coffee, Kleenex, air freshener, or any of the extra touches we usually get when we rent. We found early on that the front door would lock it self when we would go outside so you always had to keep the key in your pocket! Or you would risk being locked out at anytime of the day, and they were not quick to respond after hours. Really need a chair or two in the living room. Cabin is beautiful, location great, very clean but it just lacks the helpful extras which should be there considering how upscale it appears, and the price paid.

awesome way the team used text messages to make sure our stay was the best we could have. the texts were just the right amount and had just the info we needed. Well done team!

great location overlooking Helen GA during octoberfest '21. Very comfortable cabin even with beds with mattress harder than we are use to. We were able to take blankets and make it comfortable. More of a personal taste than anything. The hot tub was so good after a long day of climbing hills in the local area.

Our experience with the Rent Helen team members was exquisite! The maintenance people were so kind!
