Very Easy to deal with.

Property was very nice only complaint we would have was sound proofing was not good we could hear the neighbors talking thru the ceiling and walls.

Didnt work with anyone all was done per email or text. Very seamless and really easy to navigate instructions.

It was wonderful. The jacuzzi was hot and ready when I got in. I had a fire the whole time. It was nice and cleaned. There was ice already made for a cold drink.

The property is beautifully located by the river with great views. It was very clean and well supplied by house keeping. The furnishings were nice and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, dishes and nice appliances. It was a very lovely accommodation.

It was very could during our visit the bedroom on the bottom floor was freezing but the one upstairs was really nice. Other than that everything was really nice and we enjoyed our stay.

Great cabin in the woods. This place is set back in the woods and is a great escape from busy daily life. I was able to relax and unwind with family and friends for a 5 night stay during new years. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone looks for a quiet relaxing vacation.

We did not have to speak with anyone but was given emergency phone numbers if needed.

Our accommodations were what we expected by pictures on the website. Enough room and close proximity to town so we didnt have to drive. The townhome was clean. Nice place to stay for New Years.

Everyone was very nice and extremely helpful. Our heat went out on a Friday night. We called the office Saturday morning, and they got right back to us. Within a couple of hours, they had someone out to fix the problem.

The cabin was beautiful. The pictures did not do it justice. We went the week before Christmas, and when we walked in, it was so nicely decorated, and the cabin felt so warm and welcoming. We would absolutely stay there again.

The location was great. It was right along the river while also in the middle of Helen and easy walking distance to everything. The place was nice and clean with a big and comfortable bedroom and living room.

I highly recommend booking with CROH. They keep you informed about your trip the entire time and are ready to help if you need any assistance with anything that may come up. They have many properties to choose from and i saw several during my stay and they are all very well kept up and clean.

I stayed at Sautee Sunrise and the cabin was more than enough for my group of 7. I used the grill outside and enjoyed a fire by the chiminea. The inside was comfortably kept warm with the gas fireplace. The kitchen was well equipped, having everything we needed when cooking dinner and breakfast several times. Everything was clean and it was like I was home away from home. We enjoyed watching several deer pass right by each evening. I would definitely stay at this property again. I do recommend a 4-wheel drive vehicle as it is very steep with little area to back up. I think removing a few trees by the garage could help with that. Also, the location is excellent as you are 7 minutes away from everythingshopping, hiking, tubing, zip lining, wineriesyou name it!

The property is in a walkable distance to lots of shops and restaurants. The rental is clean and well stocked. The only negative is the thin wallls, you can hear ever footstep above you.
