THINGS TO KNOW:
• 32+ age requirement for lead guest. No exceptions.
• This property is not pet-friendly. No exceptions.
• 5 Vehicle Limit: Partly gravel road - SUV, truck, normal sedans OK (lowly suspended sports and luxury cars not recommended)
• Digital rental agreement will be required to sign and complete after property is booked.
• No wifi access at this property. AT&T and Verizon cellular service is available.
• The road to The Summit is a gravel mountain road with some steeper inclines. It is recommended that the road not be used after dark.

The property is beautiful! Breathtaking views, very peaceful. The cabin is very well accommodated with everything needed. The game room had everything we possible need and the hot tub on the lower deck was wonderful watching the sunset. The brochures, menus and information left by the owners was very helpful also. It was also very wonderfully decorated. Our stay was enjoyed by our entire group and we look forward to going back.

We loved the decor! Your comfy, cozy, but also very large cabin was perfect for our group of girls. We had everything we needed for the best weekend we could have hoped for!!

• All Rentals are supplied with Towels and Linens (Amount Provided is based upon Published Maximum Occupancy)
