• Georgia fishing license required for fishing on the property. Licenses can be purchased online for as low as $5/day.

Beautiful cabin that was peaceful and scenic. We enjoyed being so close to the river and the sound and view in the morning with a cup of coffee was perfect. The bed was so comfortable and we woke up feeling completely refreshed. Property management provided many daily convenience items and kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Great place to stay for our first trip to Helen!

This cabin is absolutely beautiful. The river was right there and easy to access. Our boys enjoyed the fire pit area as well. The grill was nice to have, and we did use it a couple of times. I like that it was gas and that the gas was provided! The only thing that we really thought needed improvement was the kitchen utensils. They had bare minimum for cooking utensils and there was not a can opener. We cooked most of our stay and made it work though. The other thing that was a first for us is that there was not a washer and dryer which we really missed.

Relaxing. Peaceful. Convenient to Helen. You get the pleasure of staying on river without tubers constantly floating by. Master suite was fantastic with a small porch overlooking the river, and the two downstairs rooms were perfect for children or teenagers. Everything you need to cook, build a fire, roast hotdogs or smores was provided. Hip waiters are also provided for fishing. We will definitely return.

Rate stay - 5-star - Location. Location. LOCATION. 1st- the rental company? Fantastic! I had a few snags with dates (my end) and they were able to accommodate me without skipping a beat. 2nd- right on the CREEK!!! No tubers, so no people watching, just me and the kids in the creek with my lovely wife cheering us on. 3rd- silent as a graveyard (except for the sounds of nature) 4th- Animals! Lots of crows, a deer (we only saw her butt as she had just crossed the creek) and a big boy of a groundhog! I think he lives under the deck. A washer/dryer would have been super convenient, but we will definitely stay again!!! 10-10 would recommend. P. S. Its a three-minute drive to Cool River Tubing and if you wanna go to Cleavland and want to skip the heavy weekend traffic, you have easy access to the county roads.

Called to add my adult son to the party 2 weeks out. Very smooth. Rentals made sure linens were provided for him.
I was not excited about having to sign away all rights on the rental agreement, but we are pretty respectful of properties, and all worked out well.

The cabin was tidy, well appointed except for a broom and pot holders. Fixthe window and clean them for even more river enjoyment. The town of Helen is great if you love beach boardwalks and Gatlinburg.
