Great stay and in a perfect location. We came for Oktoberfest and wanted to be close enough to walk the town. The house we stayed in met those expectations and more. If there was one improvement area, I would evaluate the parking area to see how you could widen the parking slots. They are very narrow and leave for little error by those parking near you.
