Retreat 52 is a fully-loaded & newly renovated 3 level home in Innsbruck Golf Resort. The property is nestled in the back of the community right on the green. Enjoy privacy only minutes away from downtown Helen. The inside boasts a spacious main level great room with a modern rustic design, gas fireplace, and large windows that provide great natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, and large dining table with a beatiful Edison bulb light fixture. Every bedroom is furnished with ultra-comfortable luxury linens, and Smart TVs for down time. The large deck features a screened-in portion, along with an outside bar on the railing, and commercial grade grill for BBQs. The terrace level is dedicated to entertainment and features a pool table, foosball table, additional family room with Smart TV, patio, fire pit area, and large hot tub. Retreat 52 sleeps 10 comfortably, and is ideal for families with 2-6 kids (bunk bed room). Enjoy all of the additional amenities of Innsbruck including:, golf, spa, & more!

Retreat 52 was wonderful. It was spacious and had plenty of room for our kiddos. We had tons of fun making fires in the fire pit, playing pool, chilling on the porch and having family meals together. This house is great!

The property was amazing. Beautiful and spacious house with a lot of stuff to do, fully stocked kitchen, clean and beautiful surroundings outside- the nature was truly amazing! We saw so many wild animals. The kids had a lot of fun to sleep on the bunk beds downstairs. Outside area with fire pit and hot tub was an absolute blast! We had an amazing time and enjoyed every second there.

Retreat 52 is a beautiful home with lots of space and great location. Unfortunately it rained the whole the week we were there and unable to do the outdoor activities. However we were able to enjoy the cabin which had a game room with a pool table, Foosball table and board games. The backyard is beautiful and scenery is gorgeous. Location is perfect to all the things in town you'd want to do and see.

We fell in love with this property the minute we walked inside! Beautifully decorated with repurposed wood accents, leather couches and very comfortable beds. The firepit and hot tub were a big hit and we appreciate the fact they change the water with each stay. Our teens loved the ground floor level, playing pool and sleeping in the bunk room. Our stay was very relaxing plus enjoyed river tubing, the mountain coaster and boating on Chatuge Lake. We can't wait to come back... I highly recommend this property. I had an amazing time at Retreat 52 during my vacation to Helen. The house is beautiful and very clean. It sits on a picturesque golf course surrounded by trees so you feel tucked away in your own private mountain getaway. The neighborhood is quiet and only a few minutes drive to downtown Helen. The house is awesome and has everything you could want. We enjoyed the pool table, fire pit and hot tub. The kitchen is large and great for making meals with a big group. I loved the porch with the outdoor bar. We ate our breakfast out there every morning and it was such a peaceful way to start the day. I stayed in the main floor bedroom and the bed was very comfy and the linens were soft. This is a great place to stay if you're looking for a quiet getaway and it is close enough to enjoy all that Helen has to offer.

Retreat 52 provided a great gathering place for our family get-together. The home is spacious with clean, contemporary decor. We appreciated all this house had to offer as far as activities and spaces. I enjoyed a quiet cup of coffee every morning while rocking on the screened-in porch. We had a BBQ using the professional gas grill, and the grillers didn't feel left out because there was room for the whole family to gather at the adjacent deck bar. We enjoyed all the basement had to offer with its pool and foosball tables while streaming music through the built in bluetooth speakers in the cool air conditioning. At night we took advantage of the spa and enjoyed roasting marshmallows at the fire pit. Retreat 52 was a haven. Amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, it provided us a safe escape for some much needed relaxation.

NOISE ORDINANCE/QUIET TIME-
NO NOISE AFTER 10 PM. The Community strictly enforces a 10:00 pm to 7:00 am noise curfew. Noise over 70 dcb is subject to the Helen City noise ordinance. The Helen Police Department will address excessive noise of any kind including loud vehicles, talking or shouting loudly, or music emanating from any home, which results in complaints.
REGISTERED GUESTS
You are not allowed to have more than the registered
guest at the home at any given time.
VEHICLES AND PARKING
Only registered vehicles are permitted to be in the driveway at the property you have reserved.
Parking is permitted in designated driveway spaces, as some homes have fewer than four available spaces. No street parking is permitted in the Innsbruck Community. All vehicles must clearly display an Innsbruck Rental Pass. Vehicles without proper identification will be required to leave the community immediately.
IF YOU ARE IN VIOLATION OF ANY OF THESE RULES, Cabin Rentals of Helen reserves the right to contact Helen Police Department Immediately. Upon Helen PD being dispatched, there will be an automatic $250 fine for disturbing the piece. Cabin Rentals of Helen reserves the right to enforce immediate eviction of the property if the violation(s) are not resolved after the initial action is taken.

Please note: All Innsbruck guests must pass through the gate to enter. It is imperative that you provide correct vehicle information on your signed rental agreement. You can update this as needed but please do so in a timely manner so that no problems will arise. The gate closes at 10PM every day so if you foresee arriving later than 10PM, please contact our office for after hours instructions.

• All properties located in the Innsbruck gated golf community have access to the Sports Complex and IGLS pool & clubhouse. Please note: the community pool does NOT open until Memorial Day weekend.

- 50% payment is due at checkout for bookings further than 15 days out.
- 2nd 50% payment due 15 days before arrival.

- 28+ age requirement for lead guest. No exceptions.
- This property is not pet or dog-friendly. No exceptions.
- Digital rental agreement will be required to sign and complete after property is booked.
