It was a palace with huge space, really loved the place. Worth the money for this property, nice location and very safe gated community. With 6 bedrooms, this is the perfect place for larger family or friends.

I was very pleased with the communication I received. I didn't run into any issues while staying, but I did receive a text msg after our first night ensuring that everything was going good.

The cabin was beautiful, and peaceful.

Staff was excellent. We needed nothing more that a few towels exchanged and everyone jumped through hoops to accommodate.

Upon entering my wife was taken back by how cozy our little cabin was. We were on our fifth anniversary trip and utilized the cabin and hot tub more than anything else in town. Helen and Unicoi State park were both wonderful but the Mountain Haven Cabin was the highlight of our trip. We are already planning for a return trip next year. Same cabin, same weekend.

Loved the cabin. Great area close to many local attractions.

We rented Belle of the Mountain and the staff members of Cabin Rentals of Helen could not have been more helpful. We received several welcome emails and a call just prior to our stay. A staff member came to the cabin the day we arrived and we received a text message daily to ensure everything was alright. This was our best rental experience at any place weve rented worldwide.

The cabin we rented far exceeded the advertised description. Beautiful views at a peaceful location. The cabin was superbly stocked with cookware, extra pillows and anything a family would need. We will definitely use Cabin Rentals of Hellen in any of our future stays and Ive already recommended it to other family members that how impressed we were.

The Team sent e-mails before our stay and answered all our questions while we were there. They were very nice and easy to work with.

The home was very nice and clean. The Beds were comfortable and the living room had plenty of comfortable seating for all. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and utensils. The hot tub was really clean and very relaxing.
