"Sunny Woods Cabin" is the perfect place to get away and enjoy the beautiful mountain views with the fresh fragrance of pine trees, and is located in, Sautee Nacoochee less than 10 minutes from Helen and Unicoi State Park.
As you step into the large open floor plan with vaulted ceiling, gas log fireplace, and lots of windows, you will find the perfect space for gathering with family and friends. A functional kitchen with wooden cabinets, bar stool/breakfast counter, and laundry area, all on one level. Beautiful wood interior walls and floors throughout the cabin. Off from the living room area, you will be able to step outside to the great outdoor deck area and front-covered rocking chair porch. You can enjoy the beautiful view while sipping on a glass of wine and savoring a delicious meal. Sunny Woods is convenient to town and hiking trails.

We were pleasantly surprised when we entered the cabin. It was more spacious than the photos suggested! This cabin so far has been the best cabin we rented. It was close to Helen and many of the surrounding trail systems. Everything was in working order and had everything we needed! Would recommend staying at this cabin and may stay here next year!

The cabin was beautiful. It was clean and very well kept. It was a lot more spacious than we expected. The driveway could be difficult if not in an SUV but we had no trouble with getting in and out of the property. They had all the homie necessities. The remote for the second bedroom was missing but no big deal, just used the one for the matching tv in the master bedroom. The property and views were amazing. I will definitely be back to stay here again.

• A $25, $55, or $75 non-refundable damage waiver is added to every reservation. This waiver will cover up to $700 for accidental or inadvertent damages. This is only applicable if the damages are reported at the time of the incident.
• Credit Card - Must Remain On File for Damages Exceeding $700.
• Larger Cabins or Rentals may require additional security deposits; please inquire.
• Travel Insurance Recommended; please review Travel Insurance Coverage.
Pet Rules
• Pets are NOT allowed. A $250 fine will be billed if evidence of a pet is found to be on the property

• Courtesy starter kit provided with each rental: paper towels, bath tissue, trash bags, dish detergent and tabs, bath soaps, shampoos, lotion, and hand soap
• All Rentals are supplied with Towels and Linens (Amount Provided is based upon Published Maximum Occupancy)
