House Rules:

- Digital rental agreement will be required to sign and complete after property is booked.

The location was amazing! The only thing we noticed is that the microwave did not heat very well, but that did not bother us!
The property was very clean and very well decorated, SO CUTE!
Our group has decided this is our favorite rental we have ever had in Helen, and we have been coming for over 10 years!
We enjoyed our stay very much and absolutely love the property.

Georgia Bells was a wonderful place to stay! Sitting on the front porch in the morning drinking coffee and listening to the river across the street was amazing. We loved that our house was so close to everything and we were able to easily return to change after a tubbing trip on the Chattahoochee!

This is not your typical, recently built cabin with new, store-bought decor. This home is close to 100 years old and feels so cozy, you'll think you're at Granny's house! Much of the decor is antiques, and some of the items tell the history of this special home. We were a family group of 5 older adults and had plenty of space to enjoy our time together. We sat on the back porch, we played games at the large kitchen table, and we made pictures in front of the old shed (complete with a galvanized tub) out back. This one-level home in a convenient location was perfect for our needs!

We stayed at Georgia Bells. The front door lock opened easily with the code provided. The cabin was clean and decorated adorably with bears and antique touches. The photos on the website did not do it justice. It was very large and cozy. We saw deer and wild turkeys all around. We had no issues at all and we would recommend this cabin wholeheartedly.

- Contactless Self Check-In at 4 PM.
- Check-Out is at 11 AM.
- Early Check-Ins and Late Check-Outs are currently not available due to Covid-19-related cleaning requirements.
- 50% payment is due at checkout for bookings further than 15 days out.
- 2nd 50% payment due 15 days before arrival.
- If your arrival date is already within the 15-day window of arrival full payment will be required at time of booking.

- Property Damage Insurance ($25-$75 depending on size of property)
