Beautiful home on Lake Burton with boathouse. Short walk from house to boat dock. This home is close and within walking distance of two of our other listings, Rest Ashored and Burton Bliss. Rent all 3 properties for a total guest count of 24 with a total of 9 bedrooms, for family reunions, groups & summer fun on the lake!
Lake Burton modified drawdown schedule:
September 3, 2024 - Lake starts down gradually from Normal (1865.0 elevation)
September 16, 2024 - Lake is one foot down (1864.0 elevation)
November 1, 2024 - Lake starts down gradually to (1862.5 elevation)
March 1, 2025 - Lake starts up gradually from 2.5 feet down (1862.5 elevation)
May 1, 2025 - Lake is back to Normal summer pool (1865.0 elevation)
Boat House Rules
The boat stored inside the boat house: Not Available for use
• The gradual step down into the water is perfect for small children and toddlers,
• Adult Supervision required for guests under the age of 18
• 10pm Noise Ordinance, find your way back from the boathouse and enjoy the inside of your lovely rental home.
• For outdoor activities at the home, please keep voice levels and music down while enjoying the outdoors.
Things to Know:
• 30+ age requirement for lead guest. No exceptions.
• This property is not pet-friendly. No exceptions.
• Digital rental agreement will be required to sign and complete after property is booked.
• Firewood not allowed in the gas fireplace.
• This property is located on a graded, concrete driveway. Most vehicles will be fine, especially FWD vehicles. Vehicles with extra low suspensions may have an issue.
• Georgia fishing license required for fishing on the property. Licenses can be purchased online for as low as $5/day.

LaPrade's Marina & Anchorage Marina will rent boats, jet skis and watercarfts along with storing boats. Visit Moccasin Creek State Park to fish, not far from the Appalachian Trail. Contact La Prades Marina for launching and overnight boat slip information. Launch fees are $5 per day. To leave a boat on a trailer at La Prades there is a cost of $10 daily or the cost of an overnight slip is $25 nightly. LaPrade's is located at 25 Shoreline Trail, Clarkesville, GA 30523. Cancellation Policy
• Effective upon Reservation
• 16 Days or Greater - Credit issued on Account - Valid for 12 months
• 15 Days or Less - NO Refunds - Rescheduling Not Available
Reservation Requirements
• 50% down payment to reserve cabin (unless promotion applies)
• Specials may apply as low as $99 down with a payment plan arranged
• Balance due 15 days prior to arrival
• Directions and Check in Instructions are mailed 5 days prior to arrival with a zero balance & completed rental agreement
Check in / Check out
• Contactless Self Check-In at 4 PM.
• Check-Out is at 11 AM.
• Early Check-Ins and Late Check-Outs are based upon availability, additional fees may apply
Payment Requirements
• Credit Card - Must Remain On File for Damages Exceeding $700.
• Travel Insurance Recommended; please review Travel Insurance Coverage.
Firewood
• Bring your own firewood for the fireplace (not supplied).
• Please NO food, wood, or other objects placed in gas fireplaces.
• Firewood can be purchased at nearby grocery and convenience stores.
Pet Rules
• Pets are NOT allowed.
• Guest will be billed $250 if evidence of a dog is found on the property
ALL CABINS ARE NON-SMOKING!
• $250 fine will be billed if evidence of smoking is found inside the property
Cleaning Fees

• Provided by a Certified, Bonded, Licensed, and CPO Hot Tub and Management Team
• We take pride in the cleanliness of rentals with no exception.
• Each Cabin Rental has an assigned personal housekeeper for your specific needs.
• Courtesy starter kit provided with each rental: paper towels, bath tissue, trash bags, dish detergent and tabs, bath soaps, shampoos, lotion, and hand soap
• All Rentals are supplied with Towels and Linens (Amount Provided is based upon Published Maximum Occupancy) For example: A cabin that sleeps a maxium of (2) guests will have (4) towels available to them.
