PLEASE NOTE: 

• The small canoe is available for guest use. Life Jackets are not Provided. 
• The 2 boat slips and gazebo belong to the neighbors
• The boat is not available for guest use.
• Please make sure that if you are using water toys to gather all of them up at the end of your day & stay.
• Do NOT leave any toys or trash in the lake water.
• ALL trash is to be bagged up and taken to the cans located on the property. If there is excessive trash, please take to the recycling center that is listed on your directions email. 

BOAT RENTAL INFORMATION:
LaPrade's Marina & Anchorage Marina will rent boats and store boats. Visit Moccasin Creek Fish Hatchery to fish, not far from the Appalachian Trail. Contact La Prades Marina for launching and overnight boat slip information. Launch fees are $5 per day. To leave a boat on a trailer at La Prades there is a cost of $10 daily or the cost of an overnight slip is $25 nightly.  LaPrade's is located at 25 Shoreline Trail, Clarkesville, GA 30523. Anchorage Marina on Lake Burton has slip rentals for your boat or watersport rentals to enjoy the lake. It is located at Anchorage Boat Dock 75 Timpson Cove Rd. Clayton, GA 30525. Call (706) 782-3013 for inquiries. 

Check-In / Check-Out
• Contactless Self Check-In at 4 PM.
• Check-Out is at 11 AM.
• Early Check-Ins and Late Check-Outs are based on availability, additonal fees may apply

Reservation Requirements
• 50% payment is due at checkout for bookings further than 15 days out. 
• 2nd 50% payment due 15 days before arrival.
• If your arrival date is already within the 15-day window of arrival full payment will be required at time of booking. 

Payment Requirements
• Credit Card - Must Remain On File for Damages Exceeding $700.
• If your arrival date is already within the 15-day window of arrival full payment will be required at time of booking. 
• Travel Insurance Recommended; please review Travel Insurance Coverage.

Required Additional Fees
• Cleaning Fee (Varies Per Property)
• Property Damage Insurance ($65, $90 or $100) depending on size of property.

Cancellation Policy
•  Effective upon Reservation
• 16 Days or Greater - Credit issued on Account - Valid for 12 months
• 15 Days or Less - NO Refunds - Rescheduling Not Available

Pet Fees
• Pets are NOT allowed.
• A $250 fine will be billed if evidence of a dog is found on the property

ALL CABINS ARE NON-SMOKING!
• A $250 fine will be billed if smoke smell / smoking is found inside the property

Cleaning Fees
• Cleaning fees vary; Please see rate on your search.
• Provided by a Certified, Bonded, Licensed, and CPO Hot Tub and Management Team
• We take pride in the cleanliness of rentals with no exception.
• Each Cabin Rental has an assigned personal housekeeper for your specific needs.
• Courtesy starter kit provided with each rental: paper towels, bath tissue, trash bags, dish detergent and tabs, bath soaps, shampoos, lotion, and hand soap
• All Rentals are supplied with Towels and Linens (Amount Provided is based upon Published Maximum Occupancy)
