Everyone was very nice and extremely helpful. Our heat went out on a Friday night. We called the office Saturday morning, and they got right back to us. Within a couple of hours, they had someone out to fix the problem.

The cabin was beautiful. The pictures did not do it justice. We went the week before Christmas, and when we walked in, it was so nicely decorated, and the cabin felt so warm and welcoming. We would absolutely stay there again.

I highly recommend booking with CROH. They keep you informed about your trip the entire time and are ready to help if you need any assistance with anything that may come up. They have many properties to choose from and i saw several during my stay and they are all very well kept up and clean.

I stayed at Sautee Sunrise and the cabin was more than enough for my group of 7. I used the grill outside and enjoyed a fire by the chiminea. The inside was comfortably kept warm with the gas fireplace. The kitchen was well equipped, having everything we needed when cooking dinner and breakfast several times. Everything was clean and it was like I was home away from home. We enjoyed watching several deer pass right by each evening. I would definitely stay at this property again. I do recommend a 4-wheel drive vehicle as it is very steep with little area to back up. I think removing a few trees by the garage could help with that. Also, the location is excellent as you are 7 minutes away from everythingshopping, hiking, tubing, zip lining, wineriesyou name it!

The property is in a walkable distance to lots of shops and restaurants. The rental is clean and well stocked. The only negative is the thin wallls, you can hear ever footstep above you.

Checking in and out was a breeze with keyless entry and updates/ text reminders!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was perfectly located for walking around town! (Also just a short drive to Anna Ruby Falls!) It was clean and had plenty of room with all of the necessary items for whipping up a nice meal in the kitchen. The beds were cozy and the shower pressure was amazing! Loved that the unit had a dishwasher, and washer/dryer for easy cleanup! The outdoor space was nice too, with a patio overlooking the river and the option to use a gas grill! Highly recommend!

The property we stayed in was extremely nice. We liked how many beds were available and ALL were Comfortable! Even the pillows. One thing that we would suggest, our Grandmother, a 93 yr old, could not get on the high beds. I suggest having one bed a little lower for older people. She slept on the sofa, which she said was very comfortable. Other than that, the place was great.

Loved that the location is within walking distance to downtown Helen! We were there for the towns annual Christmas parade and the porch was the perfect place to view it! The cabin is quaint and very clean. Loved the river in the back too! Downside is parking, if youre in the back, can be tight to maneuver.
