Our stay was great! It was right outside of downtown Helen. The cabin was quiet and cozy. Great for our weekend getaway

The staff was very responsive. I liked the text system - checking on us after arrival and being available when/if issues arose. Additional calls can be made when needed. We did have a plumbing issue and they were able to fix the same day.

Our family enjoyed our visit. The cabin location is great - convenient to downtown Helen, Unicoi State Park/Ruby Falls, Helen Water Park yet hidden away to provide privacy and family time. Suggest: improve family room furniture for comfort and ability for guests to visit, play games, watch movies, etc (current is sterile and hard) and get larger and more sturdy dining table and chairs for the size of the cabin. The ping pong table was a hit! I do suggest guests buy a bath bomb from one of the local stores and take time to relax in the awesome master bathtub. Seeing deer and turkey on our way to and from town was special.

We loved our cabin. Small but perfect for two couples or a family of 4. Kitchen is big and spacious and we love the decorations. The location was also great, about 10-15 minutes from downtown Helen. And the cabin was very clean!!

This was a great get away. This was our first trip to Helen and I could have picked a better Cabin it was clean very comfortable. Love setting on the deck and watch the tuber go by. Not far from downtown and shops. Just down the street is a great area to take pictures of a water fall. Cabin was well equipped with what you need for cooking.

Loved the cabin. It was clean and cozy. It was nice having all the kitchen items needed to cook and liked having extra blankes and pillows. We enjoyed spending time together at the fire pit making smores and playing games on the screened back porch.
