I had forgot the code for the key. I contacted the office, they sent it to me by email. Quick and easy to deal with.

The location is perfect, kinda secluded and right on the river. The only issue was the air did not cool very well and we had no water pressure.

We had 6 people in our party and the property was just perfect for us. We enjoyed sitting on the porches, drinking coffee and just enjoying the view. We walked to and from Cool River Tubing which was great because it was a crowded weekend. Everything was clean and neat.

I absolutely loved our cabin. It's location was so perfectly placed. Just far enough out of town to have the feel of being secluded but close enough to be able to move back and forth with ease. It had everything we wanted. So beautiful!

Everyone at Cabin Rentals of Helen was a pleasure to work with- even making sure we knew about a promo code for a discount off of our stay (which I wouldn't have seen on my own). Very friendly and knowledgeable, and checked on us before and during our stay. They even knew that we might have been having internet issues- and we were- and reached out to us proactively and told us how to fix it very easily.

The cabin was exactly what we were looking for. Beds were comfortable, water pressure was good (and plenty of hot water), and a nice deck with a hot tub that we enjoyed. Would definitely rent again, and again rent directly from CROH vs. AirBnb, as it was a good bit cheaper.

The property was exactly as listed. There were 5 adults and 2 children and it was as the perfect fit for us. It was close to town and the pool table was a huge hit! We will definitely rent again.

The property was very clean and had all of the items we needed. It is very centrally located, so you can walk to restaurants, shops, and even tubing. I especially enjoyed sitting on the deck and enjoying the sounds of the river in the mornings.
