We really didnt have any need to contact staff, so I really cant speak to that, but the email communications regarding checking in and checking out were well explained.

Our week at Lost Soles of the River cabin was so much better than we could have hoped for. Its always hard to know exactly what a place will be like when you make the reservation, and you hope that you and your family will enjoy it. This cabin exceeded our expectations in so many ways. The location was absolutely perfect for us, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay on the river. We spent loads of time on the back deck. Our kids enjoyed the outdoor play areas, and my husband and sons spent many hours fishing in the Chattahoochee. The cabin itself was very comfortable and clean, and having access to a washer and dryer was a huge benefit. We cannot wait to come back!

WONDERFUL stay, but be aware there is no Washer/Drier. So if Trout Fishing as we were doing and u got dirty clothes, be prepared to wash them in tub or sink.

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was a beautiful property. Although the cabin definitely had some "deferred maintenance" issues, it was very clean and comfortable.

The location is great. Very private. Hot tub was amazing. Everything was clean and we appreciated the setup. Perfect home base for exploring Helen and some of the amazing state parks of Northern GA. Helen, GA is only a few minutes drive.

The place is fantastic and an easy walk to everything in the town. Three big bedrooms with private baths and a great central area with the living room.

Wonderful intimate cabin, everything I could have hoped for and more. The screened in porch is absolutely beautiful and combined with the hot tub made for an experience that I haven't had anywhere else!

The team members were easy to get a hold of and they were knowledgeable and friendly.

The condo was clean and roomy. The beds and furniture were very comfortable and the back patio looking on the river was serene. Housekeeping left a generous supply of paper towels, toilet paper and facial tissue. There were also plenty of towels and wash cloths.

Our weekend stay was wonderful. We were there for my daughters wedding and it was a very relaxing and pleasant time in the cabin. The firepit, while not used by us, was such a beautiful setting by the creek. A great area for grilling and a picnic table at the other end of the house, as well. Very quiet atmosphere and private area. Just too bad we didn't get to spend more time enjoying it all with the business of the wedding.

Our stay was wonderful. The house is very comfortable and had everything we needed. It is a beautiful property with a great, quiet location. Fishing is easy right in the back yard. The master bed is comfortable. Plenty of outdoor entertainment space. The bathrooms are on the small side but suffice.

Booking this unit was quite easy. There was a somewhat tedious agreement to fill out in advance, but it just covered the "dos and don'ts" of the rental provisions. Once that was done the rest was very smooth and easy.

The unit we rented was described perfectly and accurately on the website. When we arrived we found not only the features pictured in the listing, but we also found a homey, peaceful feeling while we were there. You can't put that in pictures. It was a great place to stay while we celebrated a re-visit to Helen. We would rent this unit without any hesitation in the future. Yes, it was that good!
