Making the reservation was an easy process, and the rental team provide ample communication throughout, with clear instructions for check-in.

This property was wonderful! The location cannot be beat, and being on the river is even better in person than it shows up on the website. Sitting on the covered back deck, listening to the river and watching the tubers go by was so relaxing. It was also so convenient to the town, as we would walk out the front door and within a few minutes we could be at any number of restaurants and shops. It was just my husband and I, so the condo was the perfect size for us. The grill came in handy for grilling steaks one night. Full kitchen was lacking any pan or dish that could go in the oven, so be sure that if you actually plan to use the oven, you bring a pan. We had to make do with using a big piece of aluminum foil as a makeshift baking sheet. It worked, but was awkward. Tubing was only 1 1/2 miles down the street, so super convenient. We will definitely stay at this condo the next time we go to Helen!

Everyone was great to work with and very helpful when I had questions.

Our stay was wonderful. Nice little quiet community. In someone elses comments the hills are a little steep to and from the cabin but nothing too bad. The only thing we didnt notice before booking was the only TV was in the living room.

It was pleasant. Great service Ive rented from this Service for 7 years . Still wonderful.

This was literally one of the most fun weekends we had! The property was clean, updated, in the perfect location to walk to shops and restaurants. We had a great time just putting camping chairs out in the river and soaking up the sun without having 1000 tubers go by (the off ramp for tubers was about 50 yards upstream)

Rate stay - 5-star - Location. Location. LOCATION. 1st- the rental company? Fantastic! I had a few snags with dates (my end) and they were able to accommodate me without skipping a beat. 2nd- right on the CREEK!!! No tubers, so no people watching, just me and the kids in the creek with my lovely wife cheering us on. 3rd- silent as a graveyard (except for the sounds of nature) 4th- Animals! Lots of crows, a deer (we only saw her butt as she had just crossed the creek) and a big boy of a groundhog! I think he lives under the deck. A washer/dryer would have been super convenient, but we will definitely stay again!!! 10-10 would recommend. P. S. Its a three-minute drive to Cool River Tubing and if you wanna go to Cleavland and want to skip the heavy weekend traffic, you have easy access to the county roads.

Convenient to the in-town shops and restaurants and to the mountains. If you enjoy fishing be sure to take your rod and check out Dukes Creek. Very good trout fishing.

My family and I loved the condo! Close to town and great restaurants. Full kitchen and lots of extras! Extremely comfortable! Hosts were very helpful and made sure we had everything we need! We are coming back!

We had a nice stay at Alpine Golf resort for the weekend. It was definitely a spacious cabin and comfortable.

This home is is very comfortable and the location is great. There are a few things that should be addressed. One is the internet service, I understand intermitten service but most of us had no service at all. This made making plans very difficult or even reaching out with issues impossible as we had to leave the house in order to make any calls. The pans had been burned to a crisp there was no way to use them for anything we ended up having to go buy a pan in order to make breakfast. The Pool was not open even tho we had been told that it would be open during our visit. This created a bit of an issue with the younger kid and what we had planned.

This beautiful place feels just like home and even better! Hosts thought of everything to enjoy your stay. Kitchen FULLY stocked, beds are dreamy, games, fire pit, you name it! We are definitely planning to come back; so close to Helen and mountain views are spectacular! Thank you!

The condo was clean, great location of the downtown Helen. Walking distance to everything , nice view. I love the coke cola theme set up. Everything was really nice and convenient

Had a couple of times, got rapid responses! Got several detailed but simple to read messages about check-in. Driving directions were even included.

The place looked better than the pictures! My grandson and I stayed there. Chose to stay here because of the Nascar theme. VERY clean and safe! Very quiet. Located on the river which was low enough for us to walk in. Our unit was on the 2nd floor-not a problem. Loved the back balcony. Had grills...didn't use. Was not a problem for us but the bed is high as was the bathroom sink. Slept well. Felt safe!

This condo was perfect. It was close to restaurants, town, water parks and shopping. We could sit on the porch and watch the tuber's go down the river. I could not have asked for more ... except a lift. Had two flights of stairs. We always over pack.
