Really beautiful and nice.

I was well informed of any changes that may have occurred with the cabin. Whenever I had a question those that helped me were extremely kind and patient. The instructions and directions for everything were simple and easy to understand and do.

The cabin was amazing! I enjoyed my time there and wished I could have stayed longer. The welcome sign and the cleanliness of the cabin was great.

This cabin is absolutely beautiful. The river was right there and easy to access. Our boys enjoyed the fire pit area as well. The grill was nice to have, and we did use it a couple of times. I like that it was gas and that the gas was provided! The only thing that we really thought needed improvement was the kitchen utensils. They had bare minimum for cooking utensils and there was not a can opener. We cooked most of our stay and made it work though. The other thing that was a first for us is that there was not a washer and dryer which we really missed.

All arrangements were handled quickly and efficiently. Support staff was proactive and never left you questioning what (was to happen next. All instructions were clear and easy to follow.

The cabin was in great condition, everything was clean and functional. Our group of three (mom, dad, and adult daughter) was fine. This cabin might be a little tight for four full-sized adults.

Second time staying at this property. Great location and bedrooms meet our needs.

The process was quick and easy. We booked online and all checkin/checkout instructions were promptly emailed to us.

We were in awe as soon as we pulled up to the cabin Knotts Landing. We knew that it would be on the water but it was so much more than we expected. There were plenty of dishes and start up supplies for our stay. It was so peaceful inside and outside. The couch and the bed was very comfortable. Hardly any cars on the road going by the house. The three boats available was the cherry on the top for my husband. He fished everyday in the paddle boat and caught three to four bass each time he went out. I loved the swing and was able to sit and enjoy taking in the quiet and the scenery. We saw deer every morning and evening. This place is a must go for couples wanting to reconnect.

Our experience with Cabin Rentals of Helen was excellent. Reservation process was very easy. The staff was very quick to respond to any of my questions or concerns. When our coffee pot didnt work on the first day they made sure to send someone out with a new one that day.

We really loved the Waterfalls cabin and our time in Helen. The cabin was very clean and furnished with anything you could possibly need.

It was amazing

There is one significant issue that needs to be addressed for the safety of future visitors. On the uphill side of the driveway, rain has eroded the soil between the asphalt and the bank, leaving a deep gully right at the edge. This deep gully is a hazard to vehicles when trying to turn around with the limited available space. If a vehicle gets close to the edge of the asphalt and slips into that gully, the drop off is deep enough to bottom out a car, minivan or other vehicle that sits low to the ground. It's impossible to back a lower vehicle out of the gully due to it's depth and difficult for a tow truck to pull a vehicle out with the narrow drive limiting access to the vehicle from the rear. Rip rap rocks with a topping of smaller rock in that gully or repaving to the side of the mountain would solve this problem, ensure vehicle safety and save your guests an unanticipated $200 tow truck bill coupled with 4 hours of stress and worry.

Neat cabin nestled in the woods. Enjoyed the two balconies as we sat and watched it rain every night and smelled the fresh mountain air. Close walk to restaurants and shopping in Helen. Cabin was clean and well supplied.

Retreat 52 was wonderful. It was spacious and had plenty of room for our kiddos. We had tons of fun making fires in the fire pit, playing pool, chilling on the porch and having family meals together. This house is great!

Perfect location, with a park across the street and only two blocks from main street shops and Hofer's Bakery easy walking distance. This was a huge plus for us for our first time here.

This house was lovely! The many different seating areas sure came in handy when the moms wanted to play cards- the kids were in the den watching a movie while the husbands were watching soccer on the porch while grilling! Very cute and nicely decorated. Lots of thought put into the house- bathrobes, hooks, etc.

The customer service was great! Allie was amazing and very helpful. We will definitely use Cabin Rentals of Helen again!

The property was just as described in the listing. It was cozy, and in a good location to area attractions. We enjoyed the quiet seclusion but also the convenience of its location. We would definitely rent the Marilee again in the future.
