We absolutely loved the condo! It had everything we needed for a girl's weekend. The Kitchen was completely stocked with everything you could need.

The Bears Den was a lovely property. Perfect for two couples. Everything was clean and ready to go when we got there. Comfy beds and great water pressure for showers. The hot tub was awesome!

The property was okay. Great location in which not too close to downtown Helen but close enough to walk and next to river! Issues we had was lack of basic things such as broom/dustpan, iron board and iron, no washing detergent with washer and dryer or enough kitchen cookware. No stairs from upstairs to back of property and walls are thin. Heard the neighbors conversations clearly.

The property which my wife and I rented was excellent!! We found it very clean, without any problems, and contained all the kitchen (which is spotless and excellent condition) items needed for cooking and washing of dishes, cutlery, cups, etc. All furniture is in excellent condition and comfortable and we had sufficient supply of clean towels. The internet service and cable TV services are first rate. The rear covered porch is restful and comfortable and only a short distance to the river. Hot water is plentiful and the walk-in shower is clean and excellent condition. Walking to Main Street is pleasant and close yet far enough not to have crowd noise. We hope to return to Helen, GA, and stay in the same property or one of the adjoining apartments.

Candice and Patrick were extremely responsive and helpful with every little detail throughout our stay. Patrick was amazing and so kind.

This was a multi family vacation for longtime friends. The space was perfect for all 14 of us. Plenty of indoor and outdoor space to keep all entertained. Well equipped kitchens main and lower kitchenette. Extremely clean.

We had a great time! The condo was very clean, great location, and had lots of room. The only issue was the condo didnt have any blankets. The beds had heavy comforters, and some had stains. When we notified the team, they brought us new comforters. I believe the condo should have some extra clean blankets. Not one blanket on the entire condo, only comforters. Other than that, it was a great condo. No complaints. The team was very quick to respond and fix our issue.

The representative that I spoke with on the phone was very kind and helpful. It was a positive experience. She was patient and answered any questions that I had and made sure that we knew what to expect.

The unit was clean and welcoming and the view was fantastic. We loved being able to enjoy our coffee and/or a good book while listening to the water.

We absolutely loved staying at the Lost Souls property, It was clean, comfortable and perfectly located. The hot tub was such a treat after a day of hiking. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. It was a perfect get away!

The house was lovely, with one of the best appointed kitchens we have had in any rental. It was so nice to have real wine opener and cutlery instead of the usual cheap rental options.

We had a great friends get together in Helen, enjoyed golf and spa at the resort and exploring the lovely town. We also really value a property that just expects you to take the trash out and leave, no complicated 12 step departure rules to follow. Some rentals don't really feel like a vacation because of the check out rules.

Our stay was great! This house fit our 12 adults perfectly with room to spare. Full bathrooms on all levels worked well for those with mobility issues. Tons of storage and kitchen space. We will definitely stay here again! Two notes: Brace yourself for the taxidermy. It is everywhere. Having the Dish Network guy show up at 7:30am on Saturday was not ideal but everything else was perfect!
